Bill Pay

Bill Pay is a convenient online service that allows you to pay for your electricity, telephone (landline and mobile), gas, mutual funds and insurance subscriptions or even taxes in India from the comfort of your home or office at any time of the day or night. All you need to do is Register a Biller under the Bill Pay Link and choose how you would like to pay for this bill. You will also receive a confirmation when these bills are paid from your account for your easy record-keeping.

Depending on the payment solutions offered by the Biller, you can choose between:

• One-time Bill Payment
• You can login to your account and use the "One-time" Bill Payment option to pay for a particular bill from the Biller. You can also choose to add this Biller to your Biller List to make future payments. To help you manage your payments, if you add this Biller to your Biller List, you will see a "Pay Again" link next to this Biller for your future payments.
• Auto Pay
• When you choose this option, if offered by the Biller, the Biller will send us your bill and we will pay these bills automatically from your Citibank Rupee Checking Account when they are due.
• Confirm and Pay
• This option is ideal if you would like to view your bill before making a payment. Billers send us the bill directly when you register and we will inform you on your registered email that we have received a bill for payment. You can then login to your account, view the bill and confirm your bill payment.
• Pay Loans
• With Citibank Online, you can also conveniently pay your monthly installments for your linked NRI Home Loan with Citibank. Simply transfer funds from your Citibank Rupee Checking Account to your NRI Home Loan.
