Order Demand Drafts

Order Demand Drafts

Right for you if:

  • You want to issue demand drafts in Indian rupees or foreign currency, payable at over 700 locations in India
  • You want drafts to be delivered to the address of the Payee in India or overseas for free

Please Note:

  • You can order foreign currency drafts only from a Non-Resident External Account
  • It normally takes up to 5 business days for demand drafts to be delivered to most destinations in India. Delivery times may take longer for some destinations not served by couriers.
  • A limit of INR 30,000 is applicable for Demand Draft issuance for the first 24 hours (excluding holidays) after a payee is added online.
