With Citibank Online Credit Card payment option you can set up a standing instruction to pay either minimum amount due or total amount due.

With NEFT option, you can get funds credited to your Credit Card even when you pay through a non-Citibank Bank account Know More. Funds transfer request before 06:00 P.M on weekdays and working Saturdays are credited on the same day. Funds transfer request post 06:00 P.M on non-working days are credited on the following working day.
Payments initiated by customers through RTGS prior to cut-off would be credited to the card account by end of the same business day. Funds transfer request before 04:30 P.M on weekdays and working Saturdays are credited on the same day. Funds transfer request post 04:30 P.M on non-working days are credited on the following working day.
Citibank's E-Pay lets you pay your Credit Card bills online even if you don't have a Citibank banking account. This will normally take 2 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) to get credited into your account E-Pay now.
Your funds are transferred from your account with other bank through a facility called the ACH(Automated Clearing House, earlier referred as ECS). You are required to provide a signed mandate to Citibank authorizing the transfer of funds from your account with other bank. The ACH mandate can be downloaded here. Payment credit will happen on Payment Due Date.
Visa Money Transfer(VMT)
When you pay your Citibank Credit Card bill from a non-Citibank account, you can use Visa Money Transfer(VMT) option. Depending on the processing timelines of your bank, this will normally take upto 5 working days to get credited to your Citibank Credit Card.
Card payment from other bank website
Citibank Credit Card has been added as Utility Biller with other banks. This option allows you to pay when you login to Online Banking platform of your non-Citibank Bank account. This will normally take upto 3 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) to get credited into your account.
E-Pay on Citibank Website
Citibank's E-Pay lets you pay your Credit Card bills online even if you don't have a Citibank banking account. This will normally take 2 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) to get credited into your account depending on the time taken by your Bank to process the payment.
Have a Citibank Account?
Pay your Credit Card bills using Citibank Online. Just Login using your User ID & Password and click on "Pay Credit Card Bill" link under Banking.

1. Simply initiate your funds transfer before 05:30 P.M on weekdays and working Saturdays for same day credit to your Citibank Credit Card. (All Saturdays except second and fourth of every calendar month are working Saturdays). Funds transfer request made on non-working days will get executed on the following working day. Citibank is not responsible for any charges/commission of any kind levied/charged by the Originating Bank. The actual time taken to credit the account depends on the time taken by your bank to process the payment.
2. To initiate a NEFT payment, you can use any valid IFSC code of Citibank. In the Payee details given above, we have used Chennai IFSC code which can be used by customers residing in any City.
If you are attempting to make your Citibank Credit Card payment from your Citibanking / Suvidha Account, you have to Login to Citibank Online with your IPIN and make your Card Payment.
If you are attempting to make payment to any other person's Credit Card from your Citibanking / Suvidha Account, you can Login to Citibank Online with your IPIN, register the Credit Card and then make the transfer easily.

Yes, on successfully completing the Funds Transfer you will be given a reference number for the transaction.
If you have not noted the same at the time of the transaction, you can call your bank and the same will be provided to you.
You need to quote this Unique Transaction Reference Number at the time of logging in your complaint, if any.
Your Funds Transfer can be rejected if you have entered an invalid Card number (or) if you have entered an invalid IFSC Code. In the event of rejection, the funds will be remitted back to the originating bank within one working day. To check the status of the credit into your account, please get in touch with your Bank.
Please note this facility is not enabled for Citibank World Money Card and Diners Club NRI Card. Also Non Resident customers who hold International Credit Card with Citibank India should not use this facility and should ensure payments are made only from their NRE/NRO account.
