Credit Cards – Know Outstanding balance and Due date and make Bill payment
Steps for viewing outstanding balance and due date and making bill payment via Citi Mobile App*
1. Login to Citi Mobile App and go to Account summary page
2. Click on the credit card section to view details
3. The Credit Card tab on the accounts summary page shows the Billed amount and minimum amount due, Click on Make Payment in case you want to make payment now
4. Select account from which you can make payment, enter the amount and click ‘Continue’
5. Select either Minimum Amount Due, Total Amount Due or enter any other amount of your choice
6. The screen shows the fund transfer status for bill payment

Login to Citi Mobile App
On the accounts summary page click on the ‘Credit card section’
The next screen displays the total outstanding balance, minimum due amount and due date
If you want to proceed with bill payment, click on ‘Make Payment’
1. Login to Citi Mobile App and go to Account summary page
