Your funds are transferred from your account with other bank through a facility called the ACH(Automated Clearing House, earlier referred as ECS). You are required to provide a signed mandate to Citibank authorizing the transfer of funds from your account with other bank. The ACH mandate can be downloaded here. |

Citibank's E-Pay lets you pay your Citibank Personal Loan EMI online even if you don't have a Citibank banking account. This will normally take 2 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) to get credited into your account depending on the time taken by your Bank to process the payment.

pay your Citibank Personal EMI using using Citibank Online. Just Login using your User ID & Password and click on "Pay Personal loan" link under Banking.
Please note: You can enjoy the convenience of viewing all your Citibank accounts (Bank Account / Credit Card / Home Loan / Personal Loan) with a single internet Password (IPIN) by choosing to link your accounts. Simply select "Link my accounts" under "other Banking services" when you Login.

If you are attempting to make your Citibank Personal Loan payment from your Citibanking / Suvidha Account, you have to Login to Citibank Online with your IPIN and make your Loan payment.
Your bank account will be debited and the payment to the Loan Account will be applied in 1 working day.
