To immediately block your credit or debit card, login to Citibank Online by clicking here. Select ‘Report Lost/Stolen card’ from the drop down list in the ‘Quick links’ section at the top of the page. Follow the steps provided to block your card and re-issue a new one.
You can alternatively call CitiPhone to block and re issue your card. Click here for the contact details.
