Steps for creating new User ID, IPIN (Internet Password) and APIN (ATM PIN)

  • Go to https://www.online.citibank.co.in/ and click on First Time User? Register Now
  • Select Credit Card from account information dropdown
  • Authenticate account information using OTP
  • Choose USER ID
  • Choose IPIN (Internet password)
  • Choose APIN (ATM PIN)
  • Login using USER ID and IPIN

1. Go to https://www.online.citibank.co.in/ and click on First Time User? Register Now

2. Select Credit Card from Account Information drop-down and enter your details

3. Enter OTP received on registered mobile number

4. Choose USER ID if you do not have an existing login

5. Choose IPIN which you will use to login to Citibank Online and Citi Mobile App

6. Choose ATM PIN (APIN) which you can use for swipe transactions

7. The screen will appear once you have created the credentials successfully.Click on Login Now to access your account

  • Select your account type
  • Authenticate your information
  • Reset your Internet Password (IPIN)
  • Reset your ATM PIN (APIN)
