You can redeem your Citibank Suvidha Loyalty Points on Citibank Online at www.citibank.com/india. As per the program, all Loyalty Points that you will earn in your account till 31st December 2012 will lapse on 30th April 2013. Five simple steps to get your gifts at your doorstep:
Step 1
Login to Citibank Online. Go to the Account Summary page, click on 'View and Redeem your Suvidha Loyalty Points'. You can also view the status of your Suvidha Loyalty Points.
Step 2
To redeem your Suvidha Loyalty Points, click on 'Redeem your Suvidha Loyalty Points'. Please click here to view the outlets where the gift vouchers can be redeemed, before initiating redemption of the Loyalty Points.
Step 3
Choose a product and click on 'Add to cart'.
Please note that product images are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may differ from product images displayed.
Step 4
View the summary page of the transaction you've just had and enter your E-mail ID. Click on 'Redeem my Points' to proceed.
Step 5
On the pre-confirmation page, click on 'Confirm' to confirm your transaction.
You will receive a 'Transaction Reference Number' for reference of your transaction.
So go ahead and redeem your Suvidha Loyalty Points online and enjoy fabulous gifts. Your exciting gift will reach your doorstep within 3 weeks from the date of ordering. You need a minimum of 250 Suvidha Loyalty Points to redeem for gifts. These Loyalty Points can be redeemed only on Citibank Online.
^Loyalty points will be credited into your account within 45 days of first Citi Mobile login or first IMPS funds transfer.

- Incase of non-receipt of gifts (including any gift vouchers) ordered by you, please inform us in either of the following ways (within one month of placing a redemption request on Citibank Online)
- • Call our 24X7 CitiPhone helpline (or)
- • Register your complaint by logging in to Citibank Online with your Internet password(IPIN) and clicking on the 'Your Queries' link.
- Incase the gift is received in a damaged condition, please inform us in either of the following ways(within 7 days of receipt of the same):

- For gift vouchers ordered by you please note that the usage and/or redemption of the gift voucher shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider/merchant who has issued the said gift voucher. Specifically, the use and/or redemption of the gift voucher shall be subject to such city restrictions, validity restrictions, store and items restrictions as may be mentioned on the gift voucher (either on the face or on the reverse) or as may be conveyed by the service provider/merchant at the time of usage or any time earlier. Gift vouchers are issued and brought to you solely by third party merchants/service providers and Citibank, N.A. shall not under any event be responsible for any disputes, claims or damages that may raise in respect of the gift vouchers or in respect of any products/services that you may receive pursuant to use of the gift vouchers, including in respect of any issues that you may face from a quality or a suitability of product or services perspective. The gift vouchers cannot be clubbed with any other offer running at the merchant/service provider establishments where they can be redeemed. The gift vouchers are non-encashable and refundable.
- In the event that a gift voucher expires without being used, no return or redemption of the expired gift voucher shall be entertained.
- For gifts ordered by you: Please note that gifts so ordered and received by you are products and goods manufactured by independent third party providers and that Citibank, N.A. is only enabling their provision to you through its offers of redemption hereunder. Citibank, N.A. makes no warranty & is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability or quality of the products that you receive as the gift. Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability or quality of the products received by you as the gift must be addressed in writing, by you directly to its manufacturer/independent third party provider and that Citibank, N.A. will not entertain any communication in this regard. Citibank, N.A. shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered by you or any else directly or indirectly by use or non-use of products received by you as the gift.
- Multiple payments made in respect of a single bill will not be considered for the purposes of receiving bonus point entitlements for bill payments made under the offer. Thus for instance if you were to make multiple payments in respect of a single bill, irrespective of the number of times that you make payment, you will only be entitled to reward points for that bill.
- Citibank reserves the right to extend or terminate the offerings made hereunder without prior notice.
