Ensure your phone is in 'tone' mode. The 'pulse / tone' switch on your phone can be used to switch to 'tone' mode. If your phone does not have this switch, you may use the * button on your telephone before using the IVRS. |

Ensure you have your TPIN (Telephone Personal Identification Number) in hand. If you do not have a TPIN, kindly dial 9 and speak to a CitiPhone officer to get a TPIN issued. |

Use of TPIN helps you conduct your transactions through CitiPhone in a secure manner. You also save time because TPIN validated calls are serviced faster. |

Select a TPIN of your choice on the IVRS. Do not disclose your TPIN to anyone including a CitiPhone officer. We recommend that you change your TPIN often for security reasons. This can be also done through the IVRS. |

Provide us your e-mail ID / mobile numbers to alert you of your Account / Card balances, transactions and register for CitiAlert service. |

Always dial your Account Number / ATM Card Number or Credit Card Number along with the TPIN to help us route your call faster to a CitiPhone Officer. |

After dialing your account number dial the # key on your telephone. Banking customers should dial their ATM / Debit Card Number to request for HPIN / APIN. |
