We will be migrating to a new technology system during the weekend of 6th and 7th February 2010. Please complete all critical transactions,
bill payments and Card payments by 4th February 2010.
During the system migration some of our services will not be available. Please note the details, so that you can plan your transactions in advance.

Your Card Number and Passwords

  • Your Card Number, ATM / Phone Banking / Internet passwords will not change.

ATM Services

  • ATM Services in India and abroad, including cash withdrawals, will not be disrupted.

Reward Points Redemption

  • Reward redemption requests placed from 4th February 2010 to 8th February 2010 will be processed on 9th February 2010. If you are a Vodafone Citibank Cardmember,
    talk point redemption service will not be available from 3rd February 2010 till 8th February 2010.

New Card Applications

  • There will be a delay of about 10 days in processing the Card application forms received by us from 28th January 2010 till 9th February 2010.

EMI Products

  • Balance transfer requests and any EMI feature requests such as Loan on Phone, received post 4th February 2010 will be processed after 8th February 2010.

Address maintenance across your Credit Cards

  • In the new platform, we will maintain one office address, home address, E-mail Id & mobile number across all your linked Credit Cards. We have, therefore,
    maintained the latest updated address across all your Cards.

Citibank World Money Cards

Kindly read the time as Indian Standard Time and do correlate with specific geographies that you are currently in.

ATM

  • Cash deposits made at Citibank ATMs post 5th February 2010 will be credited on 9th February 2010. There will not be any charges in the unlikely event of a delay due to this.

Drop Box

  • Cheques deposited at our drop boxes post 5th February 2010 will be credited on 9th February 2010. There will not be any charges in the unlikely event of a delay due to this.

EPay

  • EPay services that enable you to make a payment online with your account with any other bank will not be available from 5th February 2010 to 9th February 2010.

  • Please plan your bill payments and prepaid mobile recharges in advance.

  • One-time bill payments and Confirm-and-pay services will not be available from 4th February 2010 to 8th February 2010. Request you to make alternate arrangements for the same.

  • Prepaid mobile recharges cannot be done from 4th February 2010 to 8th February 2010. Request you to make alternate arrangement for the same.

  • Standing Instruction services on Bill Pay will remain unaffected and will be processed.

  • You can continue to call us at CitiPhone.

  • You can continue to access your Internet Banking services. Some services will be interrupted from 4th February 2010 till 8th February 2010. However critical services
    including blocking lost cards will be available.
