1. Basis RBI Circular RBI / 2011 - 12 / 389 DBOD.No.Leg.BC. 81 / 09.07.005 / 2011 - 12 on Unclaimed Deposits / Inoperative Accounts, the Bank is required to display the list of such accounts on its website.
2. As guided, we are publishing the names of such customers along with the address available on our records.
3. To activate your account, please visit the nearest NRI center with the following documents. Please click here to find the location most convenient for you
   1. Your passport.
   2. Your latest address proof.
   3. Details of account number / deposit that are in your name and are included in the list below.
   4. Request letter to re-activate your account.
