Citi's Management Associate Program combines responsible and important assignments along with a defined training curriculum and distinct milestones of evaluation processes, which help you grow and start off great careers. Upon entering the program, you will not only acquire advanced financial and technical knowledge, but also the leadership and interpersonal skills that enable you to maximize your potential early and to define your own career.
The objective is to provide the Management Associate with a deep and valuable learning experience over a 24-month time frame and facilitate building a storehouse of professional skills. Our program prepares you for future leadership positions.

You will also be given plenty of opportunities to participate in a wide array of internal and external training programs throughout your career with us.
The MA Program is demanding and your learning curve will be steep. You will constantly be faced with new challenges. You will be in continuous contact with different businesses, and offices in the region or around the world. Throughout your career, you may also have the opportunity to work in diverse businesses or locations locally, regionally or internationally. |

You will also be given plenty of opportunities to participate in a wide array of internal and external training programs throughout your career with us.
You will also attend the MA Leadership Conclave (MALC) close to the end of your MA program. The MALC program provides a fitting coda for the MA stint. You get to interact with seniors; peers network and recap your learning as an MA.

You will be in continuous contact with different businesses, and offices in the region or around the world.
