	You will be assigned to one business area within Institutional Clients Group (ICG) based on a combination of your personal preferences and business needs. The business areas where you may be assigned to are: Commercial Relationship Banking, Global Transaction Services, Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities, Risk Management, Finance, etc. Program Structure: The ICG MA program is an intensive 24-month program, which includes the following: Formal Induction helps you to become productive from the onset of the program A defined Training Curriculum Carefully chosen assignments with clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities. Regular Performance evaluation During the Program, you will rotate across different areas within your assigned business. By giving you insights into the different functions, it will give you an opportunity not only to see how those functions work, but to develop your people and relationship skills in order to build a network of contacts - which will be very useful as you move through the organization. The learning model followed is a combination of On-The-Job and Classroom training. The program is structured to provide you with the right assignments, which facilitate your growth as a well-rounded professional. Training and Development: We also pride ourselves in the quality of training we offer to young graduates, as well as to employees across all levels. Apart from on-the-job training, all ICG MAs attend a 5-week regional developmental program (MAGIC) in Shanghai or Manila. The program offers a comprehensive foundation of institutional banking products through a combination of classroom lectures, group projects and presentations. You will also be given plenty of opportunities to participate in a wide array of internal and external training programs throughout your career with us. The MA Program is demanding and your learning curve will be steep. You will constantly be faced with new challenges. You will be in continuous contact with different businesses, and offices in the region or around the world. Global Consumer Group MA Program
	You will be assigned to one business area within Global Clients Group (GCG) based on a combination of your personal preferences and business needs. The business areas where you may be assigned to are: Credit Cards, Marketing, Insurance Products, Mortgage, Suvidha, Internet Banking, Investment Products, Wealth Advisory, etc. Program Structure: Formal 2 weeks Induction helps you to become productive from the onset of the program. A defined Training Curriculum Job rotations at predefined intervals Regular Performance evaluation During the Program, you will rotate across 2 businesses. The exposure to various businesses early in your career gives you greater perspective and broadens your vision. The relationships you build, insights you gain will be critical building blocks for your career. The learning model followed is a combination of On-The-Job and Classroom training. The program is structured to provide you with the right assignments, which facilitate your growth as a well-rounded professional. Training and Development: We also pride ourselves on the quality of training we offer to young graduates like yourself as well as employees across all levels. Apart from on-the-job training, all GCG MAs attend a 2-week regional developmental program (MADP) in Singapore. The program offers a comprehensive foundation on retail banking products and services through a combination of classroom lectures, group projects and presentations. You will also be given plenty of opportunities to participate in a wide array of internal and external training programs throughout your career with us. You will also attend the MA Leadership Conclave (MALC) close to the end of your MA program. The MALC program provides a fitting coda for the MA stint. You get to interact with seniors; peers network and recap your learning as an MA. The MA Program is demanding and your learning curve will be steep. You will constantly be faced with new challenges. Operations Management Associate Program
	Citi's Corporate entry level Operations program offers recent college Postgraduates prized development opportunities that combine real-world experience with formal classroom study. Through a series of assignments- typically over a period of two years - young professionals receive accelerated professional development, world-class mentors, and global networking that cuts across Citi's businesses. Program Structure: The Operations Management Associate Program (OMAP) prepares entry level high potential individuals with a track record of academic success for Citi's leadership roles in Operations and Technology. The two-year program offers opportunities for participants to learn and contribute in diverse operations environment drive growth in a business, receive world-class technical and business training. The OMAP program consists of two 1-year rotational assignments within the Operations and Technology functions of Citi. Every Six months, self-assessment and manager evaluations help OMLPs reflect on their accomplishments, development needs and career interests. Although each participant's rotations are different over the two years, the relevant standard curriculum and power of the Citi's network drives consistency across experiences. Training & Development Over the 2-year period, OMAP participants receive more than 50 days of structured training inputs. Starting with a 2-week franchise wide AMAX induction, the OMAP participants then attend a one-week Boot Camp training program. This program gives them inputs about the technical skill sets needed for the Operations & Technology domain. One year into the program, OMAP participants attend a 10 day region level MAPCB training program. This is followed by Boot Camp II and Six Sigma trainings. The program closes with a Young Leaders Development Program. The OMAP program lays stress on developing well-rounded individuals and transforms high potential graduates into professionals.
Non Resident MA Program
	As a part of the Non Resident Management program you would be based in any of the Geographies where the NRI business operates as per prevailing business requirements. The idea of the program is to prepare candidates who can take leadership pipeline positions in 12 - 18 months from the completion of the program. The pipeline is predominantly focused on sales. Program Structure: The NRMA program is an 18-month program, which includes the following: Formal Induction helps you to become productive from the onset of the program Two stages of rotations - 6 Months in India: During this period you would be working with various functions present in India such as sales/ product/ compliance/ legal/ Marketing in order to assist them in ongoing initiatives and understand the complexities involved in the NRI business. - 12 Months in Overseas location: During this period you would be in a Front Line sales role to give you requisite exposure to all the challenging aspects of managing customers and customer expectations. Regular Performance evaluation: During all the above roles there will be regular HR/ Business interactions for feedback, etc. At the end of the 18 months you can continue in the same role/ move into a new role as per opportunities available at that particular juncture within the same or the other Geo. By giving you insight into the different functions, it will give you an opportunity not only to see how those functions work, but to develop your people and relationship skills in order to build a network of contacts - which will be very useful as you move through the organization/ roles & geographies. GDM MA program
	Advanced Analytical Solutions (GDM-AAS) MA Program You will be assigned to one of the business area within Advanced Analytical Solutions based on a combination of your expressed personal preferences, skill match and business needs. The business teams you may be assigned to are: Credit Cards, Retail Banking, Mortgage, Consumer Strategy etc. for North America, Latin America, Western Europe and Asia Pacific markets. Program Structure: The GDM-AAS MA program is an intensive 18 month program which includes the following: Formal Induction to assimilate you into the organization and help you become productive from the onset of the program A defined training curriculum under AAS Training College Carefully chosen projects with clearly laid out roles, responsibilities and expectations Quarterly Performance evaluation During the program, you will be exposed to variety of business problems within the assigned business area and market. You would interact with multiple stakeholders across geographies and make regular presentation to them on your projects. Exposure to multitude of business challenges and regular interpersonal interactions would provide you with an opportunity for all round development laying the foundations for a long term career in the organization The learning model followed is a combination of On-The-Job and Classroom training.
